Objectionable content is first subjected to a legal review and, if necessary, measures are taken against it. It is first determined whether or not the content is abusive. The current criminal law is the criterion used to make this determination since it is based on the constitution and the freedoms guaranteed by it. This solid means of measurement prevents any arbitrary or censoring action on the part of the complaint registry.
If the complaints are justified and the reported content is deemed to be in violation of valid law, then "netwatch" takes the appropriate measures for deleting the content in cooperation with the responsible provider. If the identity of the perpetrator becomes known in the process or if clues are found which lead to the identity of offenders that spread illegal content throughout the Internet, then the data collected is forwarded to the responsible criminal prosecution and security authorities.
