Each year, the Members’ General Assembly elects a Board of Directors to advocate their interests and represent naiin to the public. Comprised of a senior chair (president), a junior chair (vice-president), a treasurer, and a secretary, the Board of Directors steers the activity of the association.
The Board of Directors is also responsible for exercising policy-making powers. It determines the goals of the organisation and develops corresponding project ideas and strategies. The managing director is responsible for implementing the policies along with the content of the daily work of naiin. The managing director is elected and removed from office by the organisation's Board of Directors.
The managing director is responsible for the complaint registry, press office, legal department, administration, and technical experts.
